We accept Klarna as payment plan options. Just click Checkout, enter your email and personal information. When you get to the Payment section, select Klarna and you will then be directed to their website. You will then be able to select a payment plan option!

All sales are final.

All orders are packaged with lots of love and care so please allow 5-10 days for the arrival of your package. This does not include processing and transit time.

Please make sure your shipping address on file is your current shipping address & that all information, including your name is correct. If using Paypal or any third party accounts, please make sure all information is also correct.

If you have a specific date you would like for your package to arrive, please let us know ahead of time and we will try our best to meet your requirements. Additional charges may apply for express shipping.

Once we ship out your package, we are no longer held responsible for any delayed or lost mail. All mail comes with a tracking number & is shipped via USPS. Please contact your post office with any issues you may have with your order.

Shipping within the United States is FREE.

International packages pricing is additional and based on weight and size of product.

Tracking number can be found attached to your invoice and/or via email PayPal confirmation.

We DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS unless a crystal arrives broken. Buyer must provide a photo or proof within 24 hours of delivery date. In other cases, we may offer store credit depending on situation and availability.

NO RETURNS. Please be sure you are shopping responsibly and are reading all descriptions fully before purchasing any crystals.
